What's Your Fitness Mantra?

Sometimes we all need a little extra push to get, or keep, us working hard toward our goals- a fitness mantra can do just that!

A fitness mantra is any phrase, slogan or message that motivates and/or inspires you to:

  • Stay on track 
  • Get up and go to the gym
  • Get through a tough workout
  • Work a little harder
  • Lift heavier
  • Stay focused
  • Say no to temptation

A fitness mantra will not only encourage you, it will allow you to replace negative thoughts or feelings with positive messages. Research shows that those with a positive outlook are not only healthier and more inspired to reach their goals, they are also more likely to exercise. Having a positive mantra can also help you better visualize yourself reaching success and can help you work harder to accomplish your health and fitness goals.
