I’m so happy to finally be able to offer a number of nutrition services! Many people figure out which physical activities work best for them but struggle to find the perfect balance with healthier eating. Physical activity and healthy eating go hand in hand so without the right balance of both, you will struggle to reach your maximum potential.
No worries though I am here to help! My goal is to help you make healthier eating a lifestyle instead of a temporary solution.
Here’s the details on the nutrition services I currently offer:
One-on-one counseling to discuss nutritional concerns and to assess individual nutrient needs.
During your initial counseling session I will assess current eating habits, physical activity, health and medical history. Then we will review your current nutrition goals while working to set new SMART goals. Calorie needs will then be determined and tailored nutrition recommendations will be provided.
Follow up sessions are available as needed to review progress and reassess/modify goals as needed.
3-Day Diet Analysis
Your 3 day food log will be analyzed to determine actual calorie and nutrient intakes. These values will then be compared to your own estimated energy needs to identify areas of over and/or under consumption.
In depth analysis counseling is available for an additional fee.
Pantry Clean Up (available in Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro, NC only)
I will come clean out your pantry and refrigerator to get rid of unhealthy options and provide education on healthier options to add.
All unopened food items will be donated to the local food bank.
