This 3-month program includes an initial 1-hour assessment followed by 2 additional 45-minute follow-up sessions.

During our time together, we will discuss in detail your past and current habits, any concerns (personal and/or medical), and your health and wellness goals.

Collectively, we will develop and implement small, sustainable strategies that will add up to lifelong changes.
